Investigation of the magnetization dynamics in Co based amorphous alloy ultra-thin films is essential for development of both the existing magnetic devices (magnetic recording media and heads) and new spintronics devices such as MRAM, spin logic and so on. One of the most dominant parameters in understanding the dynamics is the Gilbert damping constant, which describes the strength of damping torque in magnetic thin films. Therefore, in this research, we focused on evaluating the magnetization dynamics in the Co based amorphous alloy ultra-thin film using our newly proposed high-frequency magnetic measurement technique in order to understand their dynamics and to control the damping constant related on their dynamics for both the design and development of these devices.
