Tohoku University Model

Using spintronics semiconductors, an innovative technology from Tohoku University, as a core technology, we aim to create a low-power chip market based on circuit IPs and architectures, a market for equipment and design tools, and a low-power semiconductor and system market that contributes to carbon neutrality. In this way, we contribute to create a virtuous cycle of funds by creating new industries and accelerating social implementation.
