2026 Spintronics Workshop on LSI

The 2026 Spintronics Workshop on LSI will be held as a Satellite Workshop of the 2026 VLSI Symposium on VLSI Technology and Circuits. The workshop will focus on next spintronics technologies beneficial to LSIs for high performance and ultra low power. Papers on current status, prospects and the remaining challenges in this field will be presented from invited speakers.

The workshop is organized by Center for Innovative Integrated Electronic Systems (CIES), Research Institute of Electrical Communication (RIEC), and Center for Science and Innovation in Spintronics (CSIS) as World-Leading Research Center for Spintronics at Tohoku University.

The workshop fee is free of charge, but registration is required through the VLSI Symposium registration site.
