2022 Spintronics Workshop on LSI

General Information

The 2022 Spintronics Workshop on LSI will be held virtually on June 12, 2022 in conjunction with the VLSI Symposium on Technology as a Satellite Workshop of the 2022 VLSI Symposia. The workshop will focus on spintronics-based LSI technologies for high performance and ultra low power systems. Papers on current status, prospects and the remaining challenges in this field will be presented from invited speakers.
The workshop is organized by Center for Innovative Integrated Electronic Systems (CIES), Research Instituite of Electrical Communication (RIEC), Center for Science and Innovation in Spintronics (CSIS) as World-Leading Research Center for Spintronics at Tohoku University, and Center for Spintronics Research Network (CSRN), Tohoku University.

Registration and the virtual event site

The workshop fee is free of charge, but registration is required.

The live presentations will be recorded and delivered on demand for 1 weeks from the day after the workshop. You can watch them from the above virtual event site.
