After your on-line registration and the payment, you will receive a confirmation message from the secretariat which includes your registration number and other information regarding the registration, via e-mail.
If you do not receive the message within a week, please kindly contact to
support-office@cies.tohoku.ac.jp.

Cancellation policy

For cancellation, a written request must be sent to
support-office@cies.tohoku.ac.jp
by April 30, 2018.

Please note that refund will be made after the conference and the registration fees are refundable as specified below:

On or before April 30, 2018
20% deduction from the registration fee
After April 30, 2018 (Japan time)
No refund
